Retraction Note to: Implementation of Hand Gesture Recognition System to Aid Deaf-Dumb People

Abstract: 8391-9_14 because following its publication, serious concerns were brought to the publisher's attention regarding a lack of collaboration between the authors and the community described in the article and consultation with the relevant background literature.
