Retrieval of Metallic Foreign Bodies from the Upper Airway Using Intraoperative C-Arm Fluoroscopy: Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract: Foreign body ingestion is commonly encountered by otolaryngologists. Most foreign bodies in the upper airway can be easily removed via direct endoscopy; however, if they penetrate the soft tissue deeply, both localization and retrieval may be challenging.
