Retrieval of Root Fragment in Maxillary Sinus Via Anterolateral Wall of the Sinus to Preserve Alveolar Bone

Abstract: The functional surgery for the retrieval of a displaced root from the maxillary sinus is recommended owing to quick recovery, preservation of alveolar bone, and minimal complications.
