Abstract:Purpose Telescopic intramedullary nailing (TN) has become the main choice of treatment in children with osteogenesis imperfecta (OI). The classical parapatellar tibial nailing technique poses difficulties in maintaining reduction, insertion of the nail and fluoroscopic imaging.
