Retrobulbar neuritis in a patient with acquired immune deficiency syndrome

Abstract: This report describes the ophthalmic clinical findings of a 33‐year‐old homosexual man with the acquired immune deficiency syndrome and herpes zoster ophthalmicus who developed a clinical picture resembling retrobulbar neuritis.
