Retroperitoneal hemorrhage due to spontaneous rupture of adrenal myelolipoma

Abstract: A CT scan is very useful in the pre-operative diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma with retroperitoneal hemorrhage. Watch and wait treatments before operation and nephrectomy with adhered tumor are safe and curative.
