Retroperitoneal Laparoendoscopic Single-Site Adrenalectomy: Our Initial Technical Experience

Abstract: Retroperitoneal LESS adrenalectomy is feasible; although initial technical adjustments are inevitable, some useful techniques are effective in simplifying the procedure.
