Primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the kidney is an unusual presentation with only 22 cases reported to date [5,6,8]. Our report adds 1 further case as a contribution to familiarity with the entity, including preoperative diagnosis, pathologic differential diagnosis, specific therapy and prognosis.…”
