Retropharyngeal Lipoma — A Case Report

Abstract: Lipomas of the retropharyngeal region are rare. They attain a large size before producing symptoms like dyspnoea and dysphagia. A case of lipoma in the retropharyngeal space is reported with characteristic radiological fi ndings and surgical management.
