Retropharyngeal Reduction Plate for Treatment of Irreducible Atlantoaxial Dislocation: A Cadaveric Test and Finite Element Analysis

Abstract: Background: Clinical studies have shown that irreducible atlantoaxial dislocation (IAAD) can achieve reduction, decompression, fixation and fusion by transoral, posterior, and other traditional approaches.
