Abstract:Background
Tumor surveillance of IDH mutant gliomas is accomplished via serial contrast MRI. When new contrast enhancement (CEnew) is detected during post-surgical surveillance, clinicians must assess whether CEnew indicates pseudoprogression (PsP) or tumor progression (TP).
