Abstract:Carotid Artery Stenting (CAS) is an alternative strategy to prevent ischemic stroke in patients who are at high-risk of surgery compared with carotid endarterectomy (CEA) .Acute carotid stent thrombosis (ACST) was extremely rare, but devastating complication after CAS.
