Abstract:A 69-year-old woman suffered from postprandial abdominal pain and hematochezia. Colonoscopy suggested ischemic colitis, and intestinal angina was diagnosed by multirow-detector computed tomography CT , which showed occlusion of the superior mesenteric artery SMA .
