Revealing charge heterogeneity of stressed trastuzumab at the subunit level

Abstract: Trastuzumab is known to be heterogeneous in terms of charge. Stressing trastuzumab under physiological conditions (pH 7.4 and 37 °C) increases charge heterogeneity further.
