Reversal of Anticoagulation as Assessed by Thrombin Generation Measurement.

Abstract: Antidotes to the ever-growing number of anticoagulants are always desirable in order to placate bleeding in emergencies. In general, the older anticoagulants like coumarins and unfractionated heparin (UFH) have proven reversal agents, whereas the newer ones do not.
