Reversible dementia in systemic lupus erythematosus without antiphospholipid antibodies or cerebral infarction

Abstract: Dementia is a very rare neurological manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and has a deep link with antiphospholipid antibodies (APL) and cerebral infarction in its development.
