Review article: thiopurines in inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract: SUMMARY BackgroundIn the past 10-20 years, knowledge of both thiopurine pharmacology and -pharmacogenetics has been extended dramatically and used to develop new strategies to improve efficacy and reduce toxicity.
