The construction management industry is a significant area that offers more economic development in the country. The organization's top managerial staff and designers are required to collaborate during the interaction. Also it is to work out the Net Present Value, internal Rate of Return and other expense spending issues of the whole venture for the development of Hot Salt Storage. It is important to note that personnel management is recognized with its pertinence in the association of a successful labor force.UK's sustainable power sources have increased from 15.9% expanded to 25.9 %. This research uses qualitative and qualitative (Mixed) methods to analyze the importance of construction management at solar power station in the UK. This article proves that in construction management, cost control and personnel control are indispensable elements to help the project progress smoothly and be better managed.

The Internet of Things (IoT) paradigm is establishing itself as a technology to improve data acquisition and information management in the construction field. It is consolidating as an emerging technology in all phases of the life cycle of projects and specifically in the execution phase of a construction project. One of the fundamental tasks in this phase is related to Health and Safety Management since the accident rate in this sector is very high compared to other phases or even sectors. For example, one of the most critical risks is falling objects due to the peculiarities of the construction process. Therefore, the integration of both technology and safety expert knowledge in this task is a key issue including ubiquitous computing, real-time decision capacity and expert knowledge management from risks with imprecise data. Starting from this vision, the goal of this paper is to introduce an IoT infrastructure integrated with JFML, an open-source library for Fuzzy Logic Systems according to the IEEE Std 1855-2016, to support imprecise experts’ decision making in facing the risk of falling objects. The system advises the worker of the risk level of accidents in real-time employing a smart wristband. The proposed IoT infrastructure has been tested in three different scenarios involving habitual working situations and characterized by different levels of falling objects risk. As assessed by an expert panel, the proposed system shows suitable results.

Interval numbers multiple attribute decision‐making (MADM) is an important branch of uncertainty decision theory, and the decision result largely depends on the selection of the aggregation operator. In this paper, we analyze the ordered weighted average (OWA) operator, which is an averaging aggregation operator. The OWA operator provides an aggregation method between the minimum and maximum operators. Moreover, we further analyze some of extensions about OWA operator, and pay special attention to the Bonferroni means and OWA (BON‐OWA) operator. Note that the BON‐OWA operator only aggregate the input arguments which are exact numbers. Under normal circumstances, decision makers is difficult to provide a clear evaluation value for attribute and most of them are described by vague information. When the decision information is an interval numbers, the BON‐OWA operator cannot describe decision result accurately. Under these environments, we proposed the interval numbers BON‐OWA (IBr,q‐OWA) operator to deal with the vague decision information in this paper. Then we consider their main properties, such as idempotence, monotonicity, and boundedness and prove them. Besides, a wide range of special aggregation operators are found in changing parameter values, such as the square mean and max operator, and so on. We also compare the ranking method of the interval numbers based on Boolean matrix. As a result, the combination of IBr,q‐OWA operator makes the decision result more scientific. Finally, a new approach for decision‐making problem is developed based on the IBr,q‐OWA operator, which shows the effectiveness in practical examples.
