Review of the Status of Intermittent Positive Pressure Breathing Therapy

Abstract: With the advent of diagnosis related groups reimbursement schedules, the cost-effectiveness of therapies needs to be assessed. The safety and efficacy of intermittent positive pressure breathing (IPPB) has been controversial.
