Abstract: Introduction: Tuberculosis is a chronic, highly contagious disease caused by the Bacillus Mycobacterium tuberculosis and spreads from person to person through air. Tuberculosis affects lungs majorly but also affects other parts of the body, such as brain, intestine, spine and kidney.
