Amidst the challenge of providing Green Open Space (GOS) due to urban area expansion, the existing GOS has not been utilized optimally. Hence, it raises the need to evaluate the type of GOS optimally used by the public. This study evaluates one of the popular GOS in Jakarta, Tebet Eco Park (TEP), by investigating the digital perception of YouTube users. This qualitative study used Nettlytic to scrape YouTube comments on the five most relevant videos related to TEP from 2022 to 2024 as samples to be analyzed. The study identifies key themes: like, dislike, neutral, questions, and criticisms from 462 relevant comments. Through those comments, this study revealed the public acceptance of TEP, which showed that most of them like the park. Greenery, atmosphere, and concept are the most appreciated features of the park. However, some features still need to be evaluated, such as the parking area, crowd control, plant maintenance, and spreading information about the park. This research provides evidence of the ability of online platforms as one of the GOS evaluation tools. It contributes to developing Jakarta s public space in the future by providing insight for further research and policy about GOS.
