Revisiting Electricity Network Tariffs in a Context of Decarbonization, Digitalization, and Decentralization

Abstract: The electricity system is evolving due to three driven forces: decarbonization, digitalization, and decentralization (3 Ds). Should these three forces occur, electricity network tariffs must be revisited.
