“…Desde 2015 a 2020 se ha tenido poco avance en lograr resultados concretos en cada uno de los ODS, no sólo por una cuestión de temporalidad sino por la falta de coherencia y sincronía relacional con la cual deben implementarse las medidas propuestas por la ONU; además de no considerar la diferencia presupuestaria, muchas veces deficitaria, con la que cuentan las economías en desarrollo -como las Latinoamericanas-para impulsar procesos de transición y transformación de sus marcos de desarrollo hacia horizontes más sotenibles.
