Abstract:Background
The east‐west advancement flap is a simple flap traditionally used to repair Mohs surgery defects on the nose. We aim to demonstrate this flap can be used with good cosmetic outcome and minimal complications on a variety of anatomical sites.
Methods
This study was a case series of four patients taking place between March 2021 and September 2021 with 4‐ to 6‐week postoperative follow‐up.
