Abstract: Patients with malignant biliary obstruction, following endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) failure could be referred for endoscopic-ultrasound-guided biliary drainage through electrocautery-enhanced (ECE) lumen-apposing metal stent (LAMS) placement.
