Abstract: Biopolymer film has attracted interest in food preservation and packaging. In order to obtain biopolymer film of good characteristics, rheological properties of film forming solution is important. In this study, the rheological properties of cassava starch film forming solution incorporated with kaffir lime oil were determined.
