Abstract: RHOA, RHOB, and RHOC comprise a subfamily of RHO GTPase proteins famed for controlling cytoskeletal dynamics. RHO proteins operate downstream of multiple signals emerging from the microenvironment, leading to diverse cell responses, such as proliferation, adhesion, and migration.
