Rib geomechanics: Its impacts in coal pillar extraction

Abstract: Abstract-In Bord & Pillar (B&P) depillaring, there are redistributions of mining-induced stresses on acontinual basis, primarily with apronounced effect on the natural supportsribs and stooks.
