Ribosomal DNA inheritance and recombination in Neurospora crassa

Abstract: The genetic segregation of ribosomal DNA (rDNA) in Neurospora crassa was analyzed by exploiting restriction fragment length polymorphisms in the nontranscribed spacer (NTS) sequences of nine laboratory wild-type strains and wild-collected strains.
