Right atrial aspergilloma mimicking atrial mixomax

Abstract: Infective endocarditis is a serious but relatively rare infection that is associated with high morbidity and mortality rates. Aspergillus endocarditis is an uncommon entity and invasive cardiac aspergillosis is a severe and extremely life threatening disease.
