Rigorous derivation of discrete fracture models for Darcy flow in the limit of vanishing aperture

Abstract: <abstract><p>We consider single-phase flow in a fractured porous medium governed by Darcy's law with spatially varying hydraulic conductivity matrices in both bulk and fractures.
