“…This diversification of sources of FDI insulates Vietnam from fluctuations in inflows of FDI resulting from swings in the economic fortunes of one or two countries. There are three principal types of FDI in Vietnam: Business Corporate Contract (BCC), Joint Venture (JV) and 100% foreign owned companies (Schaumburg-Müller, 2003).
