Abstract:Background
Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common and life-threatening complication following pulmonary endarterectomy (PEA). Our study aimed to investigate the risk factors associated with AKI and evaluate the correlation between serum myoglobin (sMb) levels and postoperative AKI.
