Risk Factors for Gastrointestinal Symptoms post Enteral Nutrition Initiation via a Gastrostomy Tube

Abstract: Background: Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) facilitates long-term enteral nutrition. However, parenteral nutrition prior to PEG tube placement can cause impaired gastrointestinal function.
