Risk management in the financing of ICO projects: prospects for the use of modern technologies in Kazakhstan

Abstract: The article discusses the potential risks when investing in projects and ICO. The initial coin offering (ICO) is a new way for startups to raise funds and for blockchain startups, perhaps the predominant way.
