Abstract: Objectives: Prolonged use of corticosteroids induced complicated course in children with steroid-dependent nephrotic syndrome (SDNS), and the use of tacrolimus, a first-line alternative calcineurin inhibitor (CNI) agent was related to some unwanted adverse effects.
