Road Safety Regulations: How Compliant are Commercial Motorcyclists in Semi-Urban Towns in Western Nigeria?

Abstract: The aim of the study was to determine compliance with road safety laws and factors that influence it among commercial motorcyclists in semi-urban towns in Western Nigeria.
