Roboterassistierte radikale Zystektomie

Abstract: Compared to radical prostatectomy robotic surgery is far from becoming the standard of care for radical cystectomy. Concerns about perioperative and oncological safety as well as patient's benefit from this procedure may be a reason.In current publications no differences of perioperative morbidity and mortality were observed between patients undergoing open or robot-assisted radical cystectomy.
