Robotic-assisted and Laparoscopic Splenectomy in Children: A Single Center Comparative Study

Abstract: Background To explore the safety, efficacy, advantages and disadvantages of robotic-assisted splenectomy (RS) in children by analyzing and comparing the clinical data of RS and traditional laparoscopic splenectomy (LS).
