Abstract:Most active noise and/or vibration control devices utilize some adaptive filters to estimate the transfer function (of the primary channel) from the noise source to a transducer at which point cancellation is to occur. However, another transfer function (of the auxiliary channel) from the actuator (including actuator characteristics) to the transducer is generally non-unity but has been often ignored. This paper describes new adaptive algorithms which simultaneously estimate and track the two transfer function… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
