Özetçe -Görsel hedef takibinin kapanma, gürültü ve istemsiz kayma gibi birçok zorlugu bulunmaktadır. Bu zorlukların bir veya birkaçını düzeltmek için literatürde çeşitli algoritmalar geliştirilse de, iyi performansa sahip algoritmaların hesaplama yükündeki agırlık problem yaratmaktadır. Korelasyon tabanlı algoritmalar hesaplama yükü açısından gerçek zamanlı uygulamalar için daha uygundur. Bu çalışmada korelasyon tabanlı uyarlanır ve iki modelli bir görsel takip algoritması önerilmiştir. Önerilen çalışma uyarlanır güncelleme hızına sahip olup farklı görünüm degişikliklerine duyarlı oldugundan gürültü ve istemsiz kayma gibi problemleri belirli sınırlara kadar çözmektedir. Yapılan deneyler sonucunda tek modelli takip algoritmalarına göre önemli ölçüde performans artışı yaşanmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler-çoklu model, görsel takip, uyarlanır güncelleme hızı.Abstract-Visual target tracking has many challenges such as robustness to occlusion, noise, drifts. Although robust algorithms have been proposed to solve these problems, the solutions are not appropriate for real time implementations. On the other hand, tracking methods based on correlations filters can be efficiently designed. To achieve robust tracking, the present work presents a bi-model visual tracking method to adapt to changes in the target appearance using a correlation filters based tracker. Moreover, an algorithm for managing update rates of the filters has been proposed. By using a tracker with multiple models, both infinitesimally small movements and abrupt changes can be handled simultaneously. Our experiments have demonstrated that the proposed strategy improves the tracking maintenance and accuracy significantly in benchmark datasets compared to its single model counterpart.Keywords-multiple model, visual tracking, adaptive update rate. I. GİRİŞBir çok bilgisayarla görü probleminde oldugu gibi görsel hedef takibinde de hesaplama yükü ile gürültü ve istemsiz kayma gibi belirli zorluklar arasında bir mübadele söz konusudur. Bu zorlukların her biri farklı problemleri de beraberinde getirmekte olup bunların aynı anda veya büyük oranda çözülmesi için hesaplama karmaşıklıgı yüksek algoritmalar gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada bahsedilen zorlukların üstesinden gelirken hesaplama zamanını da mümkün oldugunca az tutacakşekilde korelasyon tabanlı bir öneri sunulmuştur. Temel olarak korelasyon tabanlı görsel takip algoritmalarının çogunda var olan model ile ilgili karedeki bölge çakıştırılarak konum belirlenir ve eldeki model de bir güncelleme hızı katsayısı ile güncellenir. Güncelleme hızı ile hedefin görünüm degişikligi arasında bir dogru orantı olması gerekmektedir. Bu ikisi arasında çıkacak uyumsuzluk ise istemsiz kaymaların oluşmasına yol açabilir. Çok hızlı degişen bir hedef görünümü için çok hızlı güncellenen bir modele ve çok yavaş degişen bir hedef içinse daha yavaş bir güncellemeye ihtiyaç vardır. Aim of the present study was to review the articles for the vision-based motion tracking, usually applied on the rehabilitation systems of gait disorder. Based on our ultimate goal, we searched several articles, available from the online database of some journals and conferences, published in the English language between January, 1993 and June, 2012. We especially searched for the phrases, such as "vision sensor", "motion tracking", "gait disorder", and "rehabilitation" in the title, abstract, or keywords sections. Besides, some common synonyms of these phrases, along with the logical words, like "and", "or", and "not" were also used in the article searching procedure. From among the 37 articles found, this review identified 25 articles, which utilized the marker during video recording for motion tracking of the subject; whereas about 10 articles did not utilize any marker, 1 article utilized both markerbased and markerless, and another 1 articles were unrelated to the motion tracking but related to the gait disorder. Moreover, through this literature, we presented a strong evidence that enabled the analysis of motion tracking by the help of vision sensor for the rehabilitation systems of gait disorder. Hence, we believe that the information contained in this review will remarkably assist and guide the progress of the vision-based motion tracking, applied on the rehabilitation systems of gait disorder.
