Rod-shaped Zn–Ag–In–Te nanocrystals with wavelength-tunable band-edge photoluminescence in the near-IR region

Abstract: The bandedge PL peak wavelength of ZnTe–AgInTe2 solid solution nanocrystals was tunable in the near-IR region by changing their chemical composition.
