Role and Mechanism of mir-5189-3p in Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

Abstract: Background: This study is to investigate the role and mechanism of mir-5189-3p in deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in lower extremity. Methods: The blood samples were collected from Kazakh patients with DVT in lower extremity and were subjected to microRNA sequencing.
