Role of Amnioinfusion on Neonatal Outcome in Cases With Meconiumstained Amniotic Fluid

Abstract: BACKGROUND Amnioinfusion is thought to dilute meconium present in the amniotic fluid and so reduce the risk of meconium aspiration in newborn.
