“…Wong HS and Warshak CR note that the anterior segment of the lower uterus is the communal place of the placenta accrete, and because of its superficial position, the color Doppler US is valuable for representing placental blood flow to the interface of bladder [13][14] . According to Cali G et al Color Doppler diagnostic accuracy was established in patients with MAP and criteria for distinguishing accreta from percreta were defined [15][16] . The placental lacunae, first defined by Williams and Finberg in 1992, was the predictive discovery of the PA by ultrasound.…”

“…Therefore, it is considered that the increase in maternal serum troponin I and NT-proBNP may be due to the increase in neovascularization in patients with placenta previa accreta. Fayed et al 57 found that the serum CK value of pregnant women having abnormal placentation was higher than that of pregnant women having normal placentation, 1/19 patients (5.26%) with normal placenta and 10/31 patients (32.26%) with abnormal placentation had elevated serum CK (>160 U/l), which was used as the diagnostic threshold. The accuracy, affectability, specificity, positive prognostic value, and negative prognostic value of the corresponding diagnosis of abnormal placentation were 55%, 30%, 95%, 90%, and 45%, respectively.…”
