Abstract:Retinitis pigmentosa (RP) is not a single entity but rather a disease spectrum. The classical triad of waxy disc pallor, bony spicules in the fundus, and arteriolar attenuation may not be found in all of the patients. In this series of seven atypical RP cases, we provide an overview of its varied clinical presentations and the role of electroretinogram in its diagnosis.
