Abstract:Endoscopic ultrasound-guided biliary drainage (EUS-BD) directs bile flow into the digestive tract and has been mostly used in patients with malignant biliary obstruction (MBO) where endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography-guided biliary drainage was unsuccessful or was not feasible.
