The monograph presents studies of the processes of formation and use of financial and investment potential in the northern and Arctic regions of the Russian Federation, highlighting its units: potentials of companies (organizations), households, fiscal and credit potentials. A set of methods revealing the features of the studied processes is developed: the methodology for quantitative assessment of financial and investment potential, taking into account mobility and multiple directions of financial flows and oriented to open data; the methodology for managing reproduction process in the renewal of fixed assets; the methodology for determining the level of budgetary potential use. Recommendations for managing and increasing efficiency of financial and investment potential use in the context of its structural units are developed. The monograph is addressed to researchers, lecturers, postgraduates, students, and government officials, which specialize in issues influencing financial and investment relations, and participate in management of financial flows.
