Role of Innate Immunity in Pediatric Post-transplant Idiopathic Liver Fibrosis

Abstract: Pediatric post-transplant idiopathic liver fibrosis is an unexplained graft fibrosis that occurs in symptom-free children without acute rejection and surgical complications.
