Abstract:INTRODUCTIONUrethral stricture refers to anterior urethral disease, a scarring process involving the spongy erectile tissue of the corpus spongiosum, also referred to as spongiofibrosis 1 . 80% of strictures that are secondary to instrumentation occur at the membranous urethra.
